How can I change the pending reason to "Waiting for a customer?" If I already changed the ticket status to "Waiting Customer," is it possible to change the pending reason field?

Hi @Janna ,

 

It depends on how your project is setup. Most fields are changeable except for system fields. You can change it in the custom fields section if you are an admin.

You can't remove system fields but you can remove custom fields.  It always good practice to remove custom fields that are not in use
