People don't have access to spaces

Two users do not have access to spaces or groups they were invited to.

What do you think it is the reason for this?

To get access to confluence page following permissions requared:

1) confluence licence, it means that they should have a license

2) permission on browse space

3) if page have view restrictions - should be into allowed list.

Also sometimes requared to clear cash and rebuid indexes.

Can you please elaborate more? Are the users part of the default license group?
