Performing JIRA Update by using 'Manage Addons'

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to update JIRA by using 'Manage Addons' for example from version 6.1.1 to 6.1.6?

No.

Addons are not the core of Jira, they live within it. To upgrade the core, you need to download the desired version and implement it in place of the old version.
