Performing post operation through api to add Jira defect

Hi,
I'm trying to perform post operation on jira but i'm getting an error .
Following is the error :

"Error occured while performing operation with JIRA. Please contact system administrator."

Can you please help with this?

There is active incident affecting the JIRA cloud products. This error could be related to that.
