Permission Violation - Jira by browser in Mobile

Hello,

I'm having some trouble to access Jira by mobile using the browser. When I login it shows an error with a message "Permission Violation". 

I can see some issues, but not all of.

Follow the error when I login an the error when I inspect the page in the browser.

Did You can see result of search in PC browser?

Yes, I can see results in PC browser, but i'm with some errors when accessing outside the network

some gadgets are not loading for example, but inside the network works fine.

In that case I recommend ask your network support team. I suppose firewall disable some ulr to outside networks. I think some like ask 'rest/api'.

It really was a firewall rule.
