Permission configuration of attachments, etc

My question is that when the status of JIRA defect is closed, its attachments and problem links, except for the system administrator, do not have permission to modify, add and delete, but visually, how to configure them? Is it configured through workflow properties?

yes, you could setup this behaviour through workflow properties.

In particular, you can setup step/status properties like jira.permission.* .

Set the attribute in the closed state of the workflow: JIRA permission. attach. group--jira-administrators

or

jira. permission. attachdeleteown. group--jira-administrators

jira. permission. attachdeleteall. group--jira-administrators

However, the result is that attachments cannot be deleted in all States of the workflow. They are visible and can be added. And has no effect on the problem link.

Please add the following properties as step properties in your status:

• jira.permission.attachdeleteall.group - jira-administrators
• jira.permission.attach.group - jira-administrators

It should prevent all users (out of jira-administrators) to attach or delete files just for that status and not for all the others.

If you remove these properties, are users able to attach/delete files?

I just performed a test on my local env and it works like a charm.
