Hi community
Following situation:
We want to achieve that customers from us can only see JIRA Issues which are labelled and that they see everything on this issue except the comments.
Is this possible and yes how do we setup this within JIRA?

Welcome to the community.
I don't think this is possible with the Jira Software product as there is not a permission in the Permission Scheme for View Comments.
Are you customers licensed user of your Jira product, or external entities? If the latter, have you looked at the Jira Service Management product?
