Permission to Close Sprint

Hi Everyone,

CLIENT  require the ability to close out old sprints in JIRA. Pls let me know how to do this?

Is there any button like COMPLETE SPRINT ?

Hi Roja,

Can I ask you to attach a Print Screen to better understand where the problem is? Ideally what the Active Sprint board looks like.

Yes, pleas see Completing a sprint. To complete a sprint, you must be a Jira Administrator, or a user with the Manage Sprints permission, or Start/Complete sprints permission

Hi Pavel,

User have Manage sprint permission  and also project admin but still unable to close sprints. Can you please kindly advise.

In my case the user could not close the sprint because the originBoardId of the sprint was not in the current project.
