Permissions on projects

Business Solutions & Services February 28, 2019

Dear All,

I need to know best and  easy way to assign permissions to number of projects like

Project-A, Project-B, Project-C,.....

Each project needs to have its own set of permitted users including full access to some limited updates and they need to access only their own project and no one should access or even browse any other project. How can i do that.

Hi Hammad,

We typically do that with Groups. Assign users to a ground then either use the People function on the Project Settings level or the Permissions Scheme or both!

Hello,

Make sure that  only roles have access to all permissions in the project permissions (project settings -> permissions. Remove from the permission scheme all groups and users and add roles to each permission). Then add necessary groups to these roles in each project.
