Permissions

CAn you give a user permission to only a certain piece in the settings? Right now I have users that don't have access to settings at all cause I didn't want them to mess up the fields, work flow or anything else but I need to allow them to do a "External System Import" under the System. Can I just allow them to access that part or just system?

No this is not possible.

You would need to grant admin permission to that feature which grants them a slew of functionalities you said you do not want them to have.
