Personalized message when re-sending invitation

Hello,

sometimes people don't notice they received an invitation to join Jira or they just don't receive the email. You can then re-send the invitation from the user administration page. That page, though, lets you specify a custom message ("Personalize email invite") while the re-send function does not. Our custom message contains important information that gets lost when using the re-send.

Is there a way to personalize the re-send message ?

I don't know of any way to do this. I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian to see what they say.
