Hi @Equipe Ciano welcome to the community! First, I apologize if there are any translation issues. Has your site added and/or removed users recently? It's possible there are more than 10 users that are currently active, and that would change your license from the free version.
You can check on the number of users in the Atlassian Administrator under Products / Jira, then select Manage Product. It should tell you how many licensed users you have. If you click on the number of users, it should show you everyone who is a Jira user, and if you are over 10, you can inactivate some users to get that back under 10.
