Pipeline build number

I have used the Bitbucket REST Api to set a build number and by fault i have entered the default value that is in the support tutorial which is 1000 , and my last pipe build is 54 , is there any way from the support to decrease the number to 55 ? and does it affect the billing now ?

From what I understand, you're just wanting to change the build number and since you're already familiar with the API this should be simple enough. We do have a guide to walk you through this which can be found at Set a new value for the Pipelines build number.
