Planning Poker Saved Random Creators

Hi! For some reason we have random creators (engineer managers) that were saved in the drop down of our planning poker. How do I remove a team member from the Creator drop down (see below)?

Thanks!

Dear @Rachael Axtman

I think those creators might have sessions created with Finished status. Could you please try changing the State filter from Active to Finished and checking if there are sessions created by those users?

When you remove finished sessions created by those users, they will disappear from the Creators dropdown.

@Lex Kovalenko _Appfire_ What do you mean when you say and checking if there are sessions created by those users?

I had one of the team members mark her session as completed and she still appears in the drop-down. We currently have about 100 different active sessions by different creators. Some have multiple games going at once that are not in the drop down. She said even when she filters by her name it doesn't filter so I'm wondering if it's just a bug in the application.

@Rachael Axtman no, it's a feature :)

Her session got to the Finished sessions list, it's not deleted yet. So select Finished sessions to be displayed and completely remove the session you mentioned above:

Hi @Rachael Axtman , If this is the default system Creator field then it will be defined by the members of the project. If there are users listed that should not have access then you need to remove their access permissions to the project. If you are using CMP projects then look at permissions under project settings. If you ar3 using TMP projects then look at People under project settings.

It is a CMP project. We have hundreds of people in the project so I'm not understanding why these random team members (who are not admin) have their names on the drop-down of this application.

Hi @Rachael Axtman ,

any user that has create issue permissions will be listed in the Creator drop down. Could you look at the permissions scheme for the project and find out what role or groups or provided permission to create issues and share here?

We have about 350 users in that project that are able to create issues. As I mentioned in my convo with Lex I'm wondering if this is just a planning poker bug.
