Please Help..

I have  2 fields. 

field no. 1 is "impact to", and it have multi values.

field no. 2 is "Others", and its free text field.

How to set,

if I choose the "Others" value from the Impact to(1), 

so the Others field(2) must be filled..

You will need a plugin like scriptrunner and it's feature called Behaviour, but i just see that this feature will be release soon
