Could someone please share a free version of simple downloadable /editable Scrum Team  Capacity Planner - spreadsheet which I can reuse for my team

You could try using an internet search for a template.

Or, partner with your Scrum team to...

1. review the prior sprints' history (perhaps the last 3-4 sprints)
2. using a whiteboard, tool, etc., list all of the team members
3. ask people to note their availability, removing holidays, out-of-office time, other obligations, etc.
4. when planning the sprint, decide how availability impacts capacity to select work for the team's sprint
5. check team confidence on the plan's likelihood to meet the goal
6. as needed, iterate over 4-5 to improve the sprint plan
7. start the sprint and observe progress, making adjustments to help meet the goal
8. after the sprint at the retrospective, consider how to experiment and improve in the future

@Bill Sheboy Thanks for the detailed reply. I did try searching for a good template, but most of them were paid ones. Thought of checking if anyone was a using a free version, in which I just had to input the values
