Please help to create one default Jira user for the Jira ticket creation using automation tool. How can this be done in Jira server?
Hi @shivani.shirguppi welcome to the community. As mentioned create a service account. In your permission scheme only allow that user to create issues. Or... On your workflows you can put a condition in the create transition to only allow this user to create the issue. There are a few different ways you could handle this situation. Could you please describe your ask in more detail.
Just create a Service Account? A user who is not a human user, but has their own account, name, password, email, etc.
You could give this user access to create issues in all Projects via Permission Schemes?
