Please, help to create such query: Need all dev-tasks with fix-version 2 with epiclink to EPICs with fix-version 1.

Trying like this:

project = X and type = "dev task" and fixversion = 2 and issue in linkedIssuesFromFilter("all_epics")

in filter all_epics, all epics with fix-version 1

But it doesn't work We don't have any plugins in jira.
