Please make the components list show all with a scrollbar, not type to search

Hello,

Creating issues and choosing components could be improved as I'd prefer to have a scrollbar to view all available components. I don't know of every component available and I often need to see what is available to choose from a list. Right now you have to type to find others and I can't even think of what may be available in dozens of different projects we maintain. Please consider in drop down lists like this to list ALL contents and use a scrollbar. You can drop down X items but scroll for others, it would greatly improve discoverability.
