Please some help with a screen

I have a question, is posible create a screen without the system fields, I mean create it from scratch

Yes.  Admin -> Screens -> Create screen.   You'll get one with no fields at all.

You will find you can use it for create (with the caveat that Jira will still need to know project, issue type and at least a summary), edit and transitions.

In additional to @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-

If it is not view screen, one system field will be present anyways: comment field.

To hide it you will be need some plugins or some javascript code (not recommended)
