Please tell me how to control the time spent on tasks? how to carry out this process?

To "control the time spent", you'll need to talk to your humans and set up processes with them so you can tell them lengths of time they should be spending on tasks.

However, I suspect that I am not really understanding the question, reading it literally as "control the time spent on tasks".  I suspect you may be asking about tracking time or configuring it?  If so, could you explain what you are trying to do?
