Plug-in suggestion

Hi,

Could you please let me know which app/plug-in would be useful to fulfill the requirement,

We have custom fields like start date and end date , so we want to know how many days user took to resolve issue . Start date 10 Jan and End date 15 Jan so the  difference is 5 days, so it should automatically show 5 days. Can we achieve this through any plug-in.

Regards,

Suma

Hello @Suma Pralhad Kustagi

You can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud It generates Time in Status and Assignee time reports.

The Time in Status report shows how long an issue has been spent in each status. And in the Total column, you can monitor the total time it takes to solve an issue.

An Assignee time report helps to monitor how much time is spent by each assignee on a particular issue. So you can keep track of how long it takes to solve each issue for each of your team members.

This add-on is developed by my SaaSJet team and is free for using up to 10 users. So let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hope you find it helpful.

Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi

You can do it for free via automation: https://youtu.be/S2ary5YG-7w

However, if you want a plugin, time in status, time to sla, etc. are some options that we use for some clients.  Of course, the plugins provide additional reporting functionality that will help you.
