I know Jira Service Management can do this but we have Jira Software. Is there a way to have an email come in from an external address that creates a ticket and then you can reply to that email via the ticket itself and receive responses from the external email?
Trying to make a small customer service help desk work completely in the Jira ticket itself.
Currently, I have external emails come in and create a ticket but then all interaction with that email will have to be done in the email origin itself. Dont, mind paying for a plugin to accomplish this.
