Plugin for Jira/ configuration to see the capacity of the team member during the Sprint

We currently use the Cloud version of JIRA and wanted to find out a quick way to perform the CAPACITY Planning for the team that we work with. We wanted a DYNAMIC visibility that keeps updating based on the sub-task/s -assigned - estimated. Is there a quick way we can fetch the aggregate against each given assignee within JIRA WITHOUT the use of an add-on? Any assistance is highly appreciable. Cheers!!

What exactly have you tried? It seems to me like creating a dashboard with properly formed filters might meet your needs. However your exact goal is not clear at the moment.
