Plugin to allow work items from Azure Application Insights to create a support ticket in Jira

Hi,

Does anybody know if there exist a plugin/integration component that would enable work items, created from the transaction search feature in Azure Application Insights to also create a support ticket in Jira? Currently work items can be created in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
