May I know if we can add a Pop-up Warning Message in the Jira ticket? I would like to show some important information on top of the ticket, E.g. Please call the onsite engineer before working on this ticket.
And it needs to catch the attention when whoever watch this ticket, maybe set the Warning Message in Red and Bold.
Of course, the message should be configurable according to the company identifier in our system. Do you know if there is anyway to achieve this? Please kindly guide. Thanks.

There are no way to do it out-of-box.
You can do it with external apps, for example:
