Popup window from a link in detail view

I would like to open a very large window, popup type, with scroll (since it will contain a considerable amount of data), through a link, generated by a field of type scripted field, in the detail of the issue. I would like you to generate it with my own size. I've tried generating a web item plugin module, but I can not get it to popup type, or scroll, or with the size I need...

Could someone help me with this need?
