Was there a system wide change to the format of the Confluence Self Help for the Portal Only Customers? The look and feel are pretty bland and the option to open a ticket if the KB didn't resolve the issue is gone.
I can't find any information on a system wide cloud change and I didn't make any change that would be tied to knowledge.

Portal is very bland - grey and white except for the issue type icon

After clicking no they only get a thanks message
