Portal only knowledge format suddenly changed

Was there a system wide change to the format of the Confluence Self Help for the Portal Only Customers?  The look and feel are pretty bland and the option to open a ticket if the KB didn't resolve the issue is gone.

I can't find any information on a system wide cloud change and I didn't make any change that would be tied to knowledge.

Thanks for any input.

Option to open ticket if knowledge does not resolve the problem is gone

After clicking no they only get a thanks message

Click no and gets Thanks message only.png
