With the new UI in Portfolio for JIRA, how does one create a Team that has say 1 resource for a month, then starting the 2nd month, 2 resources, and the 3rd month, 3 resources. And for that matter, how about allowing for vacations? This was possible in the old/legacy shared teams but the new interface states it ignores all of that.
