Portfolio : how to make a security on dependencies

Hello,

I am a new users of portfolio which is currently used for our scaled agile organisation.

We are quite happy of how we use this tool however I would like to put a kind of "security check" to manage dependencies more easility.

Basically when a user story A depends  on user story  B, I am wondering if it is possible trhough portfolio to make "impossible" to  make story A in a sprint prior user story B/

We are managing a lot of dependencies between different team and it should be a great help if this kind of work is automatic.
