Portfolio or Jira user

Hi folks,

I really do not understand the correlation between Portfolio & Jira team members. If I assign a issue to a specific person in JIRA, PORTFOLIO is not considering this assignement. If I do it in PORTFOLIO, JIRA is not seeing this.

What is the idea behing, should I assign issues to team members in both tools independently? I am quite sure that I missed a point, please help

Hi Kresimir,
Jira and portfolio both are independent,
portfolio does not map all information from Jira.

In Jira you cannot assign multiple users to one single issue but in portfolio you can do that.
