Portfolio team capacity should reduce as sprint progresses

It would appear that as the sprint progressed the amount of 'planned capacity' reducing as tickets have time logged against them and the remaining time reduces. Great. 

However it looks like the capacity of the sprint is static. So as the sprint progresses it looks as if we get more and more capacity. Which we don't. Am I using it wrong?

I hope I am because otherwise the main reason for using portfolio is flawed, as it gives a false representation of capacity.
