Possibility to have a plugin license for 250 users in a JIRA instance with 2000 users license

Hi,

I need to install a plugin (Eazy BI reports for JIRA) in JIRA software (server) which has 2000 users license. But i don't want to pay for 2000 license as only few members require the plugin functions and i would like to know if i can buy the license for 250 users.

Will this work? if yes, how does the user management work in that case.

No, you need a licence for 2000 users, as that's the number of Jira users you have, and App licences need to be at least that of the largest application.
