Possible resolutions for marketplace app installation error

Hi,
So one of the clients(SITE ADMIN role) for our org product tried to install the marketplace app and got an error which had the message as below:

We couldn't install the app from <DESCRIPTOR_URL>. Use an app descriptor URL from the Atlassian Marketplace. Learn more.

Tried it on another account. Had the same issue. Any way i could approach this?

This means that either Cloud cannot reach the url you have provided, or that the descriptor is not right and cannot be understood.

You'll need to check that the descriptor is being served up by the url and if it is, then debug what is wrong with the descriptor
