Possible to change section titles in a JIRA issue page?

The typical JIRA issue display page contains several sections : Details, Description, Activitiy, Issue Links, ... 

Is there any way to rename those sections to something else? For instance, we may want to rename the "Details" sections to "Parameters"

A detail certainly for many many people, but some of my clients may like some other titles to follow their internal processes better.

This is not something that can be done directly in JIRA's UI. It would required direct code changes.
