I am new to jira administration hence I need some help with the below mentioned use case.
We have connected our zendesk instance with jira against a project L3 using zendesk add-on (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211941/zendesk-support-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud).
I want to achieve the below mentioned use-case in JIRA:
1. There’s a service request ticket (L3) where the client is expecting some changes.
2. The application team informs that they won’t be doing the changes now as we don’t support but we will pick it let's say next sprint.
3.The application team links the service request to an improvement task (in a different project) and closes the service request.
4.So now if the improvement is picked in next sprint and it goes live, we want a comment to be added on service request ticket (l3) and the linked zendesk ticket with the service request.
