Post Changing the status from Inprogress to Resolved; resolved count is not increasing. Same is not reflecting in report section

Are you sure the resolution is being set? Have a look at the issue and double check there is a resolution.
If there is not one, then it has not been configured to automatically add a resolution. Check the transition from In Progress > Resolved in the workflow that is being used, and add an Update Issue Field post function, to update the resolution to whatever resolution you would like to give it
