Confluence have many system installed plugins such as dashboards plugin, confluence advanced jira link plugin, profile macro plugin, layout plugin etc..
Can you give me if there is any post migration checks that needs to be done on the cloud site for these system installed plugins since these macros are provided by default from the confluence side.
Hello @umashri ,
Mostly, all the system macro's are migrated.
go to COG ICON > General Configuration > Macro Usage to find out how often macros provided by particular add-ons (including bundled add-ons) are used in your site
Refer https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-migrates-with-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant/
Macros: Built-in and marketplace macros may migrate differently:
Built-in Confluence macros: Several migrate to cloud, but might work differently
Marketplace app macros: Migration depends on app vendor support
Macros:
User-created macros: Need to be recreated as Forge or Connect apps
Legacy editor macros: Some macros only work in legacy editor, not in the new cloud editor
Deprecated macros: Some macros have been removed from cloud and won't migrate
Learn which macros are being removed:These macros have been removed from the cloud and, therefore, can’t be migrated from the server or Data Center.
May also refer to what all macros are removed.
