Jira8.5
still has the problem with the post function
Set issue status to the linked status of the destination workflow step.
Now trying to solve this by doing the copy part describe in
GHS-143884
Sprint report for sprint - xx does not show burn down when issues are completed
1. Transition to status Done and using the Allow all statuses to transition to this one
gets the post function 'Set issue status to the linked status of the destination workflow step' and this cannot be removed
2. to copy the workflow and trying to remove the post function does not work - not allowed
3. Solution in Jira7.4.4
make a new one exactly as the workflow you really want to copy by creating it from the beginning by hand
This does not work in Jira8.5
By creating the workflow "by hand" and setting this up with the Allow all statuses to transition to this one results in the same
way as the wrongfully one. The post function appears directly and cannot be removed.
The only thing to do is to create a hole new project and then use the workflows created here. They do not get the wrong post function set.
Just this get me wondering why...new scrum or kanban projects contains of workflows with the Allow all statuses to transition to this one.
Now the copy part works and the post function does not appear.
Is this the way to get around this problem? We want our Burndown reports to work properly but if the issue used to create the report has
a workflow with the post function present this does not work. Even if the board and filter is correct and the remaining estimate is set to cero and the rightmost column is present..
Why has this wrongfully behaviour not been taken care of? It was first reported in Jira 6.3...
Advise on how to proceed please.
