PostgreSQL 11.5

Markus Gerdelmann October 4, 2019

I have installed JIRA Software now in my v-Server. On Server there is installed PostgreSQL 11.5 .

Now in Jira there is everytime the information, that the DB-Version is not supported.

But I can't use another PostgreSQL-Version. I Must use the 11.5.

Is there any why to fix the Problem?

THX

Always check the supported platforms page for the version you are working with. I linked to 8.4, since you didn't say which version you are intending to run.  No Atlassian application presently supports anything beyond Postgres 9.X. You will need to use a supported version. It shouldn't be hard to find a pre-compiled version for the operating system you are running.
