1) how to find plugin(Power Actions | Jira custom toolbar) usage from Jira database?
2) when will plugin(Power Actions | Jira custom toolbar) would be available in cloud?
3) how to migrate data incase plugin(Power Actions | Jira custom toolbar) is not available in cloud? (try to send contextual info on data).
