PractiTest was recently installed in JIRA. I got a notice it is added but do not see it anywhere for me to access. I am looking for it to be in JIRA like QAlity+ and QAlity are. Where can I access this?

Welcome to the community.

Have you referred to the usage documentation that goes along with Jira/PractiTest integration?

https://www.practitest.com/help/integrations/use-jira-two-way-integration/

I don't have experience with that integration personally, but I would start by reviewing the documentation.

If that doesn't answer your question you should reach out to the administrators of your Jira Cloud instance, as they are the ones who would've added the PractiTest integration to your instance.
