Pre-fill Important Fields for Devs

Hi everyone,

I was thinking, is it possible to create an automation in Jira where when someone creates a bug User Story/ticket in Jira, it should do the following:

Auto-fill a couple of key headers to prompt people creating a user story on "required" field so they can fill in more details.

 Required key headers should be

Version number

Hardware model,

Steps to reproduce
