Preferred way to migrate Jira projects/confluence space from one Jira cloud instance to another?

What is the preferred way to migrate Jira projects/confluence space from one Jira cloud instance to another Jira cloud instance? I have 6 projects and 1 confluence space. Should I go ahead with export and import or should use cloud migration tool? what is the time frame it usually takes with both the approaches?

I like to use the Revyz Data Manager for Jira tool to clone projects from one Jira Cloud site to another Jira Cloud site.
