Prefilled description for many Issue types for 1 project

Hello,

is it possible to create an Issue with a pre filled description for all different issue types for the same project, i already tried it with 1 project and 1 issue type by configuring the system fields, but i could only do it for 1 Issue type.

if so how can i do it ?

Hi @Skander Ayari , thanks for your question.

I don't know if this is an option for you, but you could use ScriptRunner Behaviours for this -

Behaviours (adaptavist.com)

You would need to get the app, which isn't free, but you could install it in a test instance and try it out to see if it works for you. Then you could try ot make a business case to buy it.
