Hello all,
Is it possible with Jira Automation or another feature that no more working time can be logged on tickets that are set to closed?
I have looked at an automation rule but have not found anything suitable.
We want to prevent employees from logging service time on closed and billed tickets.
Or is it possible in the workflow to reduce the user group for editing to a project manager group?

Hi @cDemmerle - You should be able to accomplish this with a workflow property on the Closed status:
