I have several dashboards that use Rich filter results to highlight issues to look at.
I would like to be able to click on one issue and then get an Issue Detail View of that issue on the same dashboard, similar to the functionality that exists in Kanban boards or Backlogs (i.e. without having to leave the dashboard).
Does anybody know of a way to do that?
Hi @Nelleke
I don't think this is possible since rich filters is a 3rd party app. You will have to ask them.
The only option you have is to click on the tickets to open them.

Thanks @Fabian Lim I suspected as much but reckoned it would not hurt to ask.
It's a good idea to reach out to Qotilabs.
Thanks.

The QotiLabs wiki (https://wiki.qotilabs.com/rich-filters/user-s-guide) is excellent, but I don't see anything to do this. Opening a request with them.

The QotiLabs staff got back to me really quickly. Thumbs up to their support.
I had to explain what I was looking for, and they thought it was an interesting idea, but they don't have it on their roadmap today. It would be a new widget.
Below is the (ugly :)) mockup I shared with them.
If anybody thinks this is a good idea. please reach out to them too and share your support.
