Previous updated date

Olya Kosousova February 19, 2020

Hi there,

One of my team has retrospectively transitioned a few issues to set a Resolution and that, in turn, has of course updated the Updated date field and set the Resolution date. This means that we don't know now when these issues were actually resolved.

Is there any way to find out what the previous updated date was (i.e. when the status was changed to "Done" before the Resolution bulk transition) or is this data lost now?

Thanks!

Individually, you can view the History (one of the Activity dropdown options) at the bottom of an issue.

Hi @Olya Kosousova add-on Issue History can show you all history of activity including a history of status changes.

So you don't have to search for the changelog of every issue manually. You can track all issues history automatically and in one place.

Also, you can monitor updates made by each user and export data for diving deeply into analyses.
