Print labels

We are evaluating Jira Data Center for our closed environment.  We have the need to be able to easily place classification banners if a user ever attempts to print a page from Jira.  We came across this article and wonder if print templates may be a way to handle our need for classification banners, e.g. UNCLASSIFIED, CONFIDENTIAL, etc, for any print-outs: Configuring print labels | Jira Service Management Data Center and Server 4.22 | Atlassian Documentation

That article is for Objects (which are part of Insights Asset Management) - probably not relevant to this need.

Is this a Jira problem though? Surely limitations on printing should be placed on the machines/browsers themselves, rather than solving this through the platform?
