Hi All, can anyone assist me, I would like to print off the coloured tickets that are in the backlog, so that I can use them physically for the team when planning our next Sprint Increments.

The related Jira Cloud feature is temporarily(?) removed, but you can always resort to this:

  1. Run the JQL query in Issue Navigator that collects the issues to print.
For example: run "project = FOO and sprint IS EMPTY" to get the issues in the backlog of the project FOO.
  2. Export them to PDF using the "story-card-fo.vm" template of the Better PDF Exporter.
  3. Print the PDF.

This sample prints issues to 4 columns of a standard A3 page, then you can cut it to smaller pieces. If you have a card print, you can customize the PDF paper size so that one card is one PDF pages, and you don't need to cut. Also, You can add or remove fields or the QR code to the cards (examples).
